Dâu tây chocolate siêu dễ thương với những quả dâu tây to tròn, chín mộng, được nhúng và trnag trí bằng chocolate giúp món ăn tráng miệng trong đêm noel thêm phần sinh động.
Chọn loại dâu tây đá, trái tròn, đẹp, tươi, cứng, hơi chua chua sẽ làm sô cô la nhúng ngon hơn là dâu ngọt mềm. Ngâm dâu với muối, rửa sạch dâu, để ráo. Giữ nguyên cuống dâu, dùng que nhọn xiên từ phần cuống lên.

Nhúng đầu dâu tây vào chén chocolate, lưu ý tránh để cuống dâu tây dính chocolate. Cắm dâu tây chocolate lên miếng xốp hay miệng chai để chocolate khô. Bạn có thể để trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh để chocolate mau đông cứng hơn. Phần chocolate dư bạn cho vào túi bắt kem, cột kín miệng túi.
Tương tự, bạn cũng đun lỏng phần chocolate trắng. Nhúng dâu tây vào chocolate trắng và để khô.
Cắt nhỏ đầu túi bắt bông kem, lấy chocolate trắng trang trí lên dâu tây đen và ngược lại. Để khô chocolate tự nhiên hay cho vào tủ lạnh để chocolate nhanh đông.
